When and where is Horecava 2027?

Horecava 2027 takes place from Monday 11 January to Thursday 14 January 2027 at RAI Amsterdam. The hospitality trade fair brings foodservice professionals together, making it a natural place to talk about the experience around a meal, a celebration or a night away.
